this is first Thai post, the reasons is I answered some question in pantip webboard (famous Thai community weboard) about work permit visa in China for THAIs. The question in www.pantip.com might be gone next couple month so I decide to stall this info for Thai people here.
ขอวีซ่าทำงานที่เมืองจีน
ตอนนี้ทำงานอยู่ที่ฟิลิปินส์ จะย้ายไปทำงานที่ประเทศจีนประมาณเดือนกันยายน ที่แน่ๆคือต้องกลับไปทำ working visa ที่เมืองไทย ได้ข่าวว่าตอนนี้ทางจีนเข้มงวดเกี่ยวกับการขอวีซ่า สำหรับคนที่จะไปทำงานที่นั่น ท่านไดมีประสบการณ์ เกี่ยวกับการขอวีซ่าทำงานในจีน รบกวนช่วยแนะนำ้ด้วยค่ะ
คำภามเพิ่มเติิม ถ้าเราขอแบบท่องเที่ยวไปแล้วไปเปลี่ยนเป็นวีซ่าทำงานที่นั่นจะได้ใหมคะ

เรื่องการขอวีซ่าไปทำงานที่จีน ต้องขอออกตัวก่อนว่า ยังไม่ได้ขอค่ะ กำลังจะไปขอสิงหานี้เหมือนกันค่ะ
โดยส่วนตัวแล้ว ไม่คิดว่าน่าจะขอวีซ่าทำงานยากน่ะค่ะ ถ้ามีเอกสารครบ
เอกสารที่ต้องเตรียมไปขอวีซ่าทำงานนี่เยอะมาก เยอะกว่าขอวีซ่าไปทำงานที่ยุโรปอีก:(
ลองอ่านข้อมูลข้างล่างดูน่ะค่ะ มันเป็นจดหมายที่เราส่งไปให้บริษัทเราที่โน่นทำให้น่ะค่ะ เพื่อขอเป็นเอกสารแนบ(ลบข้อมูลส่วนตัวบางส่วนออก)
I am working towards obtaining a Z Type (Employment) Chinese Visa. I will apply for this visa at the Chinese Embassy in Thailand. I will obtain the work permit and residence permit after moving to Shanghai.
The requirements for visa application are
1. Passport
2. A copy of the Invitation letter
3. The original Invitation letter
4. 2 Passport size photos
5. Application form: One completed Visa Application Form (Q1)
6. “Physical Examination Record for Foreigner

To apply for the Invitation Letter for Z type application visa, you may need the below documents
1. Work license (Original and copy)
2. A copy of my Passport
3. A copy of the company business license (should have company-seal )
To apply for my work license, you may need
1. My resume or C.V. in Chinese and English - (add company seal)
2. A copy of my Passport
3. A copy of the company business license (should have company seal )
4. A copy of the organization code certificate (should have company seal)
5. ** A copy of the permit for foreign investment enterprise (if the company is a Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprise)
6. Qualification Documents like my Diploma or other Professional Certification or Reference letters from my former companies.
The documents that I need to send to you are
- Copy of my passport
- my CV in English, but I cannot translate it to Chinese. Could you please help me with this ?
- Reference Letter from formal company
- my Diploma
ส่วนคำถามที่ว่า ถ้าเราขอแบบท่องเที่ยวไปแล้วไปเปลี่ยนเป็นวีซ่าทำงานที่นั่นจะได้ใหมคะ
Yes, you can get them in China, all you need is an employer to sponsor you. Your employer will have a secretary whom will go to the Foreign Exit/Entry Ministry and do all the paper

And the paper to submit to Thai Labour Department:
In case of you working oversea & moving to work another country but not your origin country, the document requires are as follows:
- Working contract + certify by Thai Embassy/consulate in China (The company will submit the required documents to Consulate/Embassy and they will spend one week to check even their consul would come to visit the company for check.)
- Passport + visa
- Your ID + house registration
- Copy of Air Ticket reservation
- Thai person who will go to work oversea MUST go to Labour Department by herself.

ข้อมูลสถานที่ และเวลาทำการ
สถานที่ : หน่วยที่รับทำวีซ่า จะอยู่ที่ อาคาร AA Building ติด กับสะพานลอยป้ายรถเมล์สถานทูตจีน ติดซอยรัชดาภิเษก 3 โดยจะอยู่ใกล้ๆ กันกับรั้วสีขาวของตัวสถานทูตจีน (มีซอยรัชดาภิเษก 3 กั้นระหว่างกลางอยู่) …. แน่นอนว่า ตำแหน่งของตัวสถานทูตจีน (รั้วสีขาว) จะอยู่ตรงกันข้ามพอดีกับตึก TRUE เลยครับ พอดีเด๊ะๆๆ เอาตึก True เป็น Landmark ไว้นะครับ มองตึกทรู แล้วสถานทูตอยู่ฝั่งตรงข้ามเลย
เวลาทำการ : เปิดเวลา 9.00 น. ตรงเป๊ะครับ และปิดเวลา 11.30 น. ถ้าหากว่ามาทำวีซ่าแบบวันเดียว จะได้รับในเวลา 15.00-15.30 น. ครับ กรณีมาทำแบบ 4 วันจะไม่รวมวันหยุดราชการ ดังนั้น มาทำวันจันทร์ ได้รับวันพฤหัส ทำวันอังคารได้รับวันศุกร์ มาทำวันพุธ ข้ามไปรับวันจันทร์ เป็นต้น
อัตราค่าธรรมเนียมวีซ่า (จ่ายเงินวันรับหนังสือเดินทางพร้อมวีซ่า)
Single Entry : สามารถเดินทางเข้าได้ 1 ครั้งระยะเวลา 30 วัน โดยจะต้องเดินทางเข้าประเทศจีนภายใน 3 เดือนนับจากวันที่ทำวีซ่า
ทำเสร็จในวันเดียว = 2,200 บาท
ทำเสร็จใน 2-3 วัน = 1,800 บาท
ทำเสร็จใน 4 วัน (ปกติ) = 1,000 บาท ###
Double Entry
1 วัน = 3,200 บาท / 2-3 วัน = 2,800 บาท / 4 วันเป็นปกติ = 2,000 บาท
Multiple Entry, Half-year : ครึ่งปี เข้ากี่ครั้งก็ได้
1 วัน = 4,200 บาท / 2-3 วัน = 3,800 บาท / 4 วันเป็นปกติ = 3,000 บาท
Multiple Entry, One-year
1 วัน = 5,700 บาท / 2-3 วัน = 5,300 บาท / 4 วันเป็นปกติ = 4,500 บาท
