Asian people grow up slower than Western people (by average)

Good topic right? If you read it and disagree, and angry me, you are allowed. Please share your idea.
I meet many normal teenage (18- 25) and my age (26 - 35) with many nationality (most is Far east and Western). Some of them are my friends. My experience told me that
“Asian people grow up slower than Western people” (from 18 - 35)
- Western start to live by themselves when they are 18 years old, Asian still live with the parent until they are married.
- Western start to work (part time or permanent job) when they are 18 years old and still study, Asian still ask for the money from the parents though some work already (18 - 30+ ?)
- Trial and Error is learning way of Western and Japanese, but the learning way of Asian is reading ,Asking and remembering
- Never afraid to do the new thing is solution of Western, in the other hand the people afraid to do the new thing.
- Western company select the employee from experience(first priority) and background (2nd priority), Thai company will select the employee from background (1st priority) espectially people who study in aboard or top uni in country (I am not sure what is another country in Asia)
- Western working is working and management by own (with responsible) , Asian working is working and leaving the management(responsible) to the Boss.
- Take care of the rules are the important for Western, Almost Asian is not respect the rules…also forgive&forget the criminal easy = spoil the people.
- Western girls are self-confident and rely on themselves , Asian girls who has the can earn money for herself still rely on the husband
P.S. This topic is only my point of view. No statistic is reference.

Hmm, again great article, and let me compare your points to my situation.
I’ve been living by myself since I was 18. Wow, how did u choose that exact number?
If parents give money happily, why work, right??
My way of learning is Reading, Trial, error, Reading again, again trial, again error, asking, again trial, Success, remembering..
Discretion is the better part of valour sometimes.
It’s true that in India too qualification is more important than experience. But then again, I studied in a good university and rose to a good position much faster, so I won’t complain about this.
We enjoy giving work to our boss. Those guys need to earn their paycheck.
Again, if the girl can get money without working, then lucky her, right?? But some people work even if they have money since it’s quite boring to stay at home without work.

Reading before the exam, and scribbling it all on the exam paper the next day. Sounds very familiar to me. It was almost a habit in school and college. Very uninteresting way of studying for sure!
